To arrange a LOLER inspection, please book an appointment using our online booking service, which can be accessed via our homepage.

What We Inspect

We provide LOLER inspections for:

  • Lifting Equipment for People – including MEWPs, man cages, and harnesses
  • Lifting Accessories – such as chains, slings, hoists, shackles, and spreader beams

Inspection Intervals:

  • Every 6 months for equipment lifting people or lifting accessories
  • Every 12 months for all other lifting equipment

All inspections are carried out by qualified professionals, and every item receives a detailed report and a valid certificate of inspection.

Emphasising LOLER Regulations:

We want to emphasise the importance and legalities around LOLER regulations. Specifically, lifting equipment for lifting persons (e.g., a mupe or harness) and lifting accessories (e.g., slings and chains) require testing and inspection at least every six months, while all other lifting equipment requires inspection at least every 12 months.

We would also like to highlight that at Certifia, everything we do complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
